This morning, after the announcement of her patronages, the Duchess of Sussex made a visit at the headquarters of the charity. Smart Works, based in West London, is a dressing and coaching service for long-term unemployed women with confirmed job interviews. After the dressing, each client receives a one-to-one interview preparation and coaching session with an experienced HR professional or senior manager.
The Duchess with her new role as a Patron, joined a roundtable discussion with volunteers and then met some of the women in the Dressing Room. Reflecting her passion in supporting women, Meghan chose this charity after 10 months of visits since last year.
