This morning, the Duchess of Sussex made a visit at the Hubb Community Kitchen in North Kensington. The Duchess has made regular private visits to the kitchen since January, which was set up by women from the community affected by the Grenfell Tower fire. Thanks to the funds raised from the cookbook ‘Together’, the kitchen has been completely renovated and they can keep it open seven days a week.
Meghan introduced her friend and Michelin starred chef Clare Smyth to the women. They prepared together 300 meals for the local community to be delivered to care homes, homeless shelters and women’s refuges.
