On day 4 of their visit to Australia, the Duke & Duchess of Sussex stayed in the city of Sydney for several royal engagements. They started their day early in the morning to take part in a ‘Fluro Friday’ session with One Wave members at Bondi Beach in Sydney. One Wave is a non-profit surf community tackling mental health issues and is holding weekly Fluro Friday sunrise sessions at beaches around the world to raise awareness for mental health. They dress up in the brightest outfits possible and surf/swim/do yoga. Meghan & Harry also took the time to meet members of the public gathered on the beach. They received lots of gifts for them and the future royal baby.
After a short break at Admiralty House, Meghan changed her outfit for a gorgeous blue dress by Roksanda. The Duke & Duchess of Sussex visited the Macarthur Girls Highschool in Sydney. They took part in “League in Harmony” program which is promoting social cohesion and empowerment for girl students.
For their last engagements of the day, it was all about politic meetings. The Duke & Duchess met with the leader of the opposition at Admiralty House and then they met with the Prime Minister Bill Shorten at Kirribilli House to discuss their visit to Australia and their work with the Invictus Games.
