The Duke & Duchess of Sussex began their first day in Australia by meeting Australia’s Governor General Peter Cosgrove and his wife Lynne Cosgrove at Admiralty House in Sydney. They received cute gifts after they announced their baby news: a kangaroo and a joey. They also took beautiful pics in the garden of the house which offers spectacular views across Sydney Harbour.
Meghan was wearing a gorgeous white dress by the Australian designer Karen Gee with stunning butterfly earrings and a gold bracelet, which belonged to Lady Diana.
Then, they visited Taronga Zoo and met koalas. They were invited to open the Institute of Science and Learning and Meghan had the joy to cut the ribbon.
To reach the Sydney Opera House for their next engagement, our royal couple traveled by boat on Sydney Harbour.
Meghan & Harry met members of the public in front of the Sydney Opera House. A lot of fans came to congratulate the couple. Inside the Opera, they watched a rehearsal of Spirit 2018 by the Bangarra Dance Theatre.
For their last engagement, the Duke & Duchess attended a reception hosted by the Governor-General at Admiralty House.
